Working production for Stella Artois’ Le Savoir was like stepping into a dreamscape - equal parts immersive theater, haute cuisine, and backstage drama (the French-Canadian kind, with arguments followed by heartfelt reconciliations… in French, over the PA system). Imagined by the legendary Bompas & Parr and produced in partnership with the creative agency Sid Lee, the experience was set to a live performance by The Roots and layered with edible bubbles and mood-reactive lighting. I navigated talent coordination, timing, and venue flow as we turned an empty warehouse into an interstellar dining voyage. It was one of the wildest, most sensual productions I’ve ever been part of - and I loved every volatile, visionary second.
